What church are you affiliated with?
Clyde attends Capital Christian Center in Lacey, WA. Each summer Clyde volunteers at Solid Rock Ranch, operated by Capital Christian Center. Every July hundreds of children from elementary to high school students enjoy a week of outdoor camping and church activities. When Clyde isn’t filming or writing, he volunteers massaging the camp counselors who work long hours at Solid Rock Ranch. He also attends Servant Warrior Church online.
Why does Life Changing Films say it's a film publishing company?
Life Changing Films puts discipleship before entertainment. The goal is to publish “Faith Tools” to equip Christians to grow in every area of their lives. These tools include books, courses, and instructional videos. These equip believers (Life Changers) to listen and witness to those dealing with a habit, hurt or hang up.
What types of materials do you publish?
Currently, we offer books, courses, and videos. Soon, we will offer faith-based recovery films.
What topics do your books and courses cover?
Topics include living by faith, praying effectively, building, and maintaining strong relationships, sharing the Gospel, codependency, overcoming fear, battling insecurity, defeating anxiety and others.
How much are your books and courses?
Books range from $5.99 to $24.95 depending on the topic and what’s included within or along with the books. Courses are $175.00 $499.00 based on subject matter and number of modules. Each course includes freebies such as download sheets, eBooks, and other bonuses.
What films have you made?
At Life Changing Films, we’re in the process of developing and writing scripts. As soon as preproduction starts for a film you will be notified on this site.
What is your experience in film and ministry?
Clyde McDade has been a volunteer at the Port Townsend Film Festival for twenty years and counting. He’s working on a historical film and developing his first faith-based movie. He was a Celebrate Recovery room leader for seven years. Before all this Clyde did music ministry in prisons for twenty years through Worthy Music Ministries.
How much does it cost to buy or rent your films?
Once our films are available, they will be priced between $5.99-$19.99 each. This pricing model is based on what streaming services currently charge. Any films we release in theaters, pricing will be what local theaters charge for them.
